Wicked Campers Netherlands Rental Terms for travel between 01-Jan-2010 and 31-Dec-2010

Rental Agreement:

1.1Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company agrees to hire the Vehicle to You and You agree to hire the Vehicle
from the Company for the Hire Period. You may only use the Vehicle for the duration of the Hire Period. If the Company grants
 its consent to an extension of the Hire Period, the Return Date shall be extended to the time originally stated on the last
day (‘The Extended Return Date’). If you fail to return the Vehicle on the Return Date without prior consent of the company,
the Company may treat the Vehicle as stolen and may report to the authorities without any liability to You whatsoever. If you
 do not bring back the vehicle on time you are breaking the conditions of this agreement. We can charge you for every day you
 have the vehicle after you should have returned it to us. Until we get the vehicle back we will charge you the standard
daily hire rate.
1.2 You acknowledge and agree that the Vehicle is delivered to you in good operating and roadworthy condition, without any
damage or defects (mechanical or otherwise) other than those noted on the Condition Diagram(which you also acknowledge
accurately reflects the condition of the vehicle at the time you take possession of it.). You must return the Vehicle to the
Return Location on the Return Date in the same condition as it is in at the Commencement Date, fair wear and tear excepted
(other than windscreen or tire rim damage). If we have agreed that you may return the vehicle outside of business hours, you
will remain responsible for the vehicle and its condition until it is reinspected by member of staff. Despite anything herein
 to the contrary, however, and without the prejudice to its other rights, the Company may retake Possession of the Vehicle
without prior demand and at your expense if you breach this agreement, or if the Vehicle is illegally parked, used in
violation of any law or is in the Company’s opinion apparently abandoned. If Possession is retaken, any unexpired part of
the Hire Period will thereupon be extinguished without any refund to you.

2.Charges and Bond

2.1 When booking, and before taking Possession of the Vehicle credit card details are required by the Company in place of a
bond. Not withstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Company is hereby irrevocably authorized to use these
details in lieu of any moneys that become payable by You pursuant to this Agreement.
2.2 You agree to pay on demand:
(a) Rental charges
(b) The excess amount in respect of each incident resulting in damage to or loss of the vehicle, its accessories or any
property left stored or transported in or upon the Vehicle, save to the extent that such damage or loss arises from the
actions of the Company.
(c)All fines, charges, tolls, border crossing fees and court costs incurred in relation to the Vehicle by You or the Company
from the commencement of the rental until the vehicle is returned to the Company, except where caused through the fault of
the Company. You must pay the appropriate authority any fines and costs if and when the authority demands this payment. If
you do not, you will be responsible to pay our reasonable administration charges which arise when we deal with these matters.
(d)Any charges arising from Customs and Excise seizing the vehicle, together with a lose of income charge while we cannot
rent out the vehicle, if and when we demand this payment.
(e)A £50 cleaning fee will be charged if the vehicle is not returned Clean and ready for the next customer. And an additional
 £150 cleaning fee will be charged as a compulsory fee if it is discovered that a pet has traveled in the vehicle without
our consent and/or if the vehicle is returned in an unclean state after a pet has traveled in the vehicle.
2.3 No refunds will be given for cancellations or early returns.
2.4 Your initial deposit is non-refundable should you choose to cancel your reservation. If you cancel and give us at least
14 days notice your deposit may be transferred to a future booking made within 6 months of your original booking date.
Please note that this is at our discretion and is subject to individual circumstances and time of year. Cancellations made
within 14 days of your pick up date will not be transferable or refunded. Cancellations made within 48-24 hours of the pick
up date will be charged 50% of the total hire cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick up or 'no shows' will be
charged the full hire cost. Should you cancel your booking once your hire has started, you will not receive a refund. Note
that 'Vantour' and 'Glastonbury' hires have seperate cancellation policies - these are displayed on our website on the
relevant pages.

3. You acknowledge that:

3.1 The Company has no liability in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of the vehicle, nor shall the
Company be liable for any indirect loss or damage, or, in the case of consumers, damage which was not foreseeable by both
parties.
3.2 The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from defects or mechanical failures which are not attributable to
any breach of the manufacturer’s warranty implied by law to take reasonable care or exercise reasonable skill.


4. During the Hire Period, You shall keep the vehicle and its accessories in your (or any approved driver’s) possession and
shall not allow a third party to take possession of the vehicle or its accessories and when not in use You shall keep the
vehicle and its accessories adequately protected and secured. You must look after the vehicle and the keys to the vehicle.
Loss of keys will result in a charge of £100 for which you are liable. We will post you replacement keys but will not be
liable for the loss of days incurred whilst waiting for them to arrive. You must always lock the vehicle when you are not
using it. You must always protect the vehicle against bad weather which can cause damage. You must make sure that you use
the correct fuel. If you intend to leave the vehicle unattended for any extended period of time you must make sure it is in
a secure parking area.

5. You and any driver specifically approved shall ensure that the Vehicle will not be used:

(a) for hire or reward.
(b) for racing, pace making, rallying, speed testing, driving tuition or similar purposes or for propelling or towing any
vehicle, trailer or other object.
(c) in any manner which might render void the insurance policy, or other contract of insurance.
(d) for any illegal purpose or in contravention of any legislation affecting the vehicle, its use or construction.
(e) by any person who: (i) is not licensed to drive the vehicle.(ii) is under 21 years of age or over 70.(iii) is under the
influence of drink or drugs.(iv) has given a fictitious name, or address.(v) has not been approved by the Company as a driver.
(vi) has been convicted of a motoring offence the details of which have not been disclosed in writing to the Company at the
commencement of the hire.
(f) outside England, Wales, Ireland or Scotland without prior consent of the Company.
(g) If travel outside of the UK has been pre-approved by the Company you acknowledge that the vehicle must only be driven in
permitted European countries as determined by the Company and their Insurers. Taking the vehicle outside of these countries
is at your own risk and you will therefore be liable for all costs associated. Click here for details of where you can travel.
(h)You must not sell, rent or dispose of the vehicle or any of its parts. You must not give anyone any legal rights over the
vehicle.

6. You shall compensate the Company in full on demand for any loss it suffers as a result of any damage, fire or theft to or
of the vehicle including loss of revenue to the Company for the period during which the vehicle shall remain unavailable for
rental by reason of such matters and any claims made by any persons in respect of the vehicle whilst it is in Your custody.
This clause shall not apply to any loss caused by or the responsibility of the Company. In the event of the vehicle being
stolen you are liable for the full excess of £750. If it is discovered that you are negligent for the theft we will demand
the full cost of a replacement vehicle and this rental agreement will be terminated immediately. Negligence includes parking
the vehicle in an unsecure area for any length of time. If you are discovered to not be negligent you are still responsible
for the £750 excess, however, we will provide you with a replacement vehicle within 2 weeks of the incident once this excess
has been paid. You will be required to travel to the closest depot that has an available replacement vehicle at your own
cost. We will also not cover the loss of hire days in this instance.

7. You and any driver specifically approved shall:

(a) inform the Company of any loss, damage or fault developing in the vehicle as soon as You become aware of the loss, damage
 or fault.
(b) indemnify the Company against loss as is recoverable at law where that loss is incurred by reason of a breach of this
Agreement by You or any approved driver.
(c) ensure that maximum payload and individual axle plated weights are not exceeded.
8. You and any driver specifically approved shall not:

(a) without prior consent of the Company incur any liability for repairs to the Vehicle. If we do give you permission to let
someone work on our vehicle then we will only give you a refund if you have a receipt for the work.
(b) make any claim for loss of or damage to any property left stored or transported in or upon the Vehicle unless due to our
negligence.

9. You are responsible for payment of the excess amount stated on the Vehicle Rental Agreement for any damage to the vehicle
or its accessories unless you can provide a third parties insurance details to the Company.
10. General Provisions:

10.1 You release and hold harmless the Company (and its agents and employees) from all claims for loss or damage to your
personal property, or that of any other person whose property is left in the Vehicle, or which is received, handled or
stored by the Company at any time before, during or after the Entire Period, whether due to the Company’s negligence or
otherwise.
10.2 Except as provided by law, and then only to the extent that any such obligation cannot be excluded: no part of any
moneys paid or payable by You pursuant to this Agreement is refundable
10.3 The exercise of any of the Company’s rights hereunder shall in no way limit, restrict or prejudice the Company’s ability
 to exercise any of its other rights, remedies and powers whether contractual, statutory or common law in nature, and whether
 legal or equitable.
10.4 No right of the Company under this Agreement nor any of Your obligations hereunder may be waived except in writing by a
director or solicitor of the Company.
10.5 Where any dispute arises between the Company and the Hirer as to any date or amount or the existence of any fact
(including any breach) for the purposes of any provision of this Agreement, a certificate signed by any one of the directors,
 attorneys, solicitors or secretary for the time being of the Company stipulating the same shall be conclusive evidence
thereof unless You prove the contrary.
10.6 Should any term, covenant, condition, provision, stipulation or restriction herein contained be or become illegal or
unenforceable then in such case this Agreement shall be read and construed as if such term, covenant, condition, provision,
stipulation or restriction as the case may be had been severed from the beginning and the remaining part of this Agreement
shall remain in full force and effect.
10.7 This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England. All disputes arising out of or in
connection with the agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts..
11. Definitions and Interpretations:

11.1 Unless the context otherwise requires, in this Agreement the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them:
Area of use’ means any one or more of the areas identified on the face of the Vehicle Rental Agreement, ‘Commencement
Date’ means the date and time noted in the ‘Out’ section on the face hereof, ‘Company’ means Wicked Campers Ltd, ‘Condition
Diagram’ means the motor vehicle diagram on the face hereof for the purposes of recording any damage or defects in the
Vehicle at the time You take Possession of it, ‘Daily Hire Charge’ means the amount noted as such on the face hereof,
‘Details’ means full name, address related to your driving license, date of birth, phone number, email address, licence
number and licence expiry date, ‘Hire Period’ means the period commencing on the Commencement Date and terminating on the
Return Date, ‘Hirer’ means a person who has personally (a)Attended at the Rental Location (b) presented a copy of his or her
Driver’s licence to the company’s representative who signs this agreement on behalf of the company, and (c) signed the
acknowledgement at the foot of the face hereof; ‘Keys’ means any and all keys relating to the Vehicle and delivered to You
by a representative of the Company; ‘Liability Charge’ means the amount noted as such on the face hereof; ‘Possession’
means any degree of possession and includes actual custody and lawful, legal and constructive possession; ‘Rental Location’
means the premises from which you take Possession of the Vehicle at the commencement of the Total Hire Period; ‘Return Date’
means the time and date noted in the ‘Due In’ section on the face hereof or the Extended Return Date as the case may be;
‘Return Location’ means the premises nominated as such on the face hereof, and in the absence of any such nomination, means
the Rental Location; ‘Third Party’ means any person other than You or The Company, ‘Total Hire Period’ means the Hire Period
and includes each day thereafter until the Vehicle is physically returned to the return location, ‘Unauthorized Person’
means any one or more of the following persons: (a) A person who is not a Hirer, (b) A person who is not licensed for the
class of vehicle to which the Vehicle belongs (whether or not such person is a Hirer), (c) A person whose blood alcohol
concentration exceeds the lawful percentage, (d) A person whose driver’s licence has been cancelled, endorsed or suspended
within the last three years or who is otherwise on a probationary licence (whether or not such person is a Hirer),
(e) A person who has held a driver’s licence for less than two years (whether or no such person is a Hirer), or (f) A person
who has not inserted his or her full Details on the face hereof (whether or not such person was otherwise intended to be a
Hirer), ‘Vehicle’ means the motor vehicle identified on the face of this document and includes all accessories, tolls, tires
and equipment affixed (permanently or otherwise) thereto or contained therein and any replacement motor vehicle, ‘You’ means
the Hirer hereunder.

How do I get to any of your depots to pick up my van?
* Firstly, please call or email in advance if you do not have a pre-arranged appointment/pick-up.

up a van.

I have a foreign driving license. Is that a problem?
No. All drivers hiring a Wicked Camper must have a valid full driver’s license (although get in touch if you have a
provisional license as we can refer it to our insurers).

All drivers hiring a van must present their license when they collect the van. All of our prices are based on having a
clean driving history so please bear this in mind if you have any bad driving history.

If you've been a resident of the UK for more than 12 months you will need to have a UK license, please see the DVLAs
website for further details (UK Driving authority).


Do I need an International Driving Licence/Permit?

We do not require an IDP for you to be able to hire from us. However it is your responsibility to make sure you have the
correct licence for the countries that you wish to travel in and it's often easier to get one if you are traveling in
non-english speaking countries and don't speak the local lingo yourself. Check out AAs guide to what country requires what
licence here.


How many people can travel in a Wicked van?
Our UK fleet is made up of 2 types of vehicles: 2 Seaters and Multi Seaters. The 2 Seaters, funnily enough, have 2 seats in
them and the large bed area in the back. The Multi Seater has 5 seats in it, a large bed for 2/3 people plus a two man tent. 
Both styles have a fully equipped kitchen.

Where can we park overnight?
Almost anywhere. Please bear in mind that local laws do apply and any violations are your responsibility. For example,
double yellow lines painted on the curb indicate that you cannot park at any time. Truck stops and limitless parking zones
are ideal. You will also find many caravan parks and camping grounds in the UK and Europe that offer excellent facilities
for a minimal cost. Check out the caravan and camping club in the UK.


What is the minimum age to rent a Wicked Camper in Europe?
You need to be 21 years of age to hire a Wicked Camper in Europe with a full licence. You must also have a good driving
history of at least 1 year.


Do I have to pay a deposit to book?
When you decide that you'd like to book a Wicked Camper simply click on the 'Bookings & Quotes' menu, input your details and
click on 'Request booking'. You will be required to enter in your details including credit/debit card details to our secure
server, this is for a £50 deposit to secure the reservation (if you book through an agent you will be required to pay a
percentage of the booking to them as a deposit instead and if you are booking for Vantour we take a 10% deposit). If we have
availability for your booking we will deduct the deposit and then send you a booking confirmation. This deposit is deducted
from the balance which is due when you come and collect your van (for London pick ups) or 7 days in advance of your pick up
date (for all other depots).


How can I pay?
We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Amex, Visa Debit and JCB Cards. UK Debit cards are free to use but
all other cards do incur a 3% fee (4% for Amex). Pick ups from London can also have the balance paid in cash on collection
if preferred however all other depots require full payment 7 days before your arranged collection date. We also allow bank
transfers although the funds need to have arrived in our account before your pick up date.


What do I need to bring with me?
When you come to collect your Wicked Camper please make sure the driver is present and that they have their drivers license
with them. We also need you to bring along a debit or credit card so that your details can be left on the contract and the
cash/card to pay the outstanding balance (this applies for London pick ups - all other pick ups should have already prepaid).
 You will also need to bring bedding with you as we do not provide this. All vans have CD players in them so you might want
to bring along some tunes too!


Where are your depots?
So far, we have depots in London, England, one in San Benedetto, Italy, Belfast in Northern Ireland, Malaga and Barcelona in
Spain, Munich in Germany, Verditz in Austria, Amsterdam in Holland and Dundee and Loch Ness in Scotland. Check out the depots

Is insurance included in the prices?
Yes, insurance is compulsory for each driver so the quoting system will automatically add this in depending on the age of
the driver and whether you are driving in just the UK or outside of the UK (mainland Europe).


How much for an extra driver?
An extra driver is an additional £5 per day + VAT.


How much if I'm 21-24?
This is an additional premium of £5 per day + VAT.


What the hell is VAT?
Value Added Tax. It's calculated at 17.5%.


When can I collect and return my van?
Collection times vary between locations according to opening times. Changes can be made to your collection time prior to
collection however you do need to let us know in advance as many of our depots are meeting points only so a Wicked
representative will be waiting for you at the designated time unless we hear otherwise. Late fees do apply.

Wicked Europe calculates our hire times by calendar days. So each day is counted as one, irrespective of what time you pick
up/return the van.


What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
Just call the roadside assistance number we will provide you with on collection of your van. All hires include 24 hour
roadside assistance in the UK and Europe (if you have booked European travel) for your peace of mind and security.

In the unlikely event that the vehicle cannot be fixed or replaced and the hire is cancelled we will refund the remaining
days and assist you in reaching the nearest onward travel point. If your hire continues after the van is fixed we will
refund the days lost whilst the vehicle is being repaired. We do not refund food or other costs. We do not/cannot guarantee
our vans and cannot guarantee a replacement vehicle.


What type of van is a Wicked Camper?
Wicked Europe currently has a fleet made up of Toyota Lucida, Toyota Town Ace and Toyota Hiace Regius vans. They run on both
unleaded and diesel fuel, are mainly automatic transmission and feature a CD player and electric windows! All vans are the
same inside and are almost identical with regards to fuel consumption.


Do you have a buy back scheme?
Not yet. Occasionally we sell our campers as we add to our fleet. Please check wickedcampers.co.uk regularly to see when our
 vans are for sale.


Do you have left hand drive vans?
Not as yet, they are all right hand drive vehicles.


Is there a minimum hire period?
Yes. There are different minimum hire periods for different locations, this will be made known on requesting a quote or
booking. But generally we have a 2 day minimum hire period in the UK and Ireland. For most of our other depots there is a 7
day minimum hire period. In Barcelona and Malaga we have a 10 day minimum hire period in summer and a 4 day minimum hire in
winter.


How far will a tank of fuel get me?
Generally the vans do around 8KM/L.  If you want to find out the most current prices for fuel in the UK check out this handy

What are the dimensions of the van if I want to look into ferry costs?
The vans are 4.69 metres long, 1.69 metres wide and 1.85 metres high. If there is a classification for ‘MPV” this is the
right category. If this is not an option, the van is classed as a ‘Car’. Many ferry operators allow you to either leave the
Registration number blank or put in TBA if you are using a hire vehicle.


Are one way hires available?
Yes they are but they are dependent on availability of vans in the specified location. Please use our bookings/quote menu to
obtain a quote and then we will let you know about availability if you choose to make a booking. Please note that one way
fees do apply but these will be included on your quote.


Can I choose what design is on my van?
Sorry but no. Basically we have to have the flexibility to move our vans around so it’s not possibly to reserve a specific
van. They are also often resprayed and have maintenance needs so that would make it incredibly difficult to do this.


I've submitted an enquiry via the online form and haven't heard back yet, what can I do?
All enquiries are dealt with manually by a small team so please bear with us, especially in high season! If you need to get
in touch give us a call or email us directly at the address above and we’ll get back to you asap!


What should I do if I have a complaint?
We want your experience to be a Wicked adventure and will do everything we can to resolve any possible issues you may have.
If you would like to officially complain though please do it in writing and send to: Wicked Campers Ltd, 196 Carlisle Lane,
London, SE1 7LH.  In the event of a unsatisfactory solution you can contact the BVRLA (UK vehicle rental and leasing
association) of which we are a member as they offer an independent conciliation service.


Do the vans come with maps?
Yes! All of our vans come with a UK map in.


Do you have Sat Navs for hire?
Yes, we do actually but at the moment they're just available for UK pick ups and returns - although you can take them to
Europe within your hire. Just tick the box on the booking form to add one to your booking.


Do the vans have power and/or heat in them?
The vans don't have power in them. But we do have a transformer which you can hire from London only (£2.50 per day) which
connects to the cigarette lighter and has a UK plug socket on the other end. Perfect. They all have regular vehicle heating
in them, or you can use good old fashioned body heat!


Do the vans come with snow chains/snow tyres in the winter?
Snow chains and/or tyres aren't provided with the vans. If you want to travel in any areas that would require them then you
will need to purchase some yourself.  Chains cost approximately £40 per pair.


What countries am I insured to travel in if I take the van to mainland Europe?
If you pay the extra premium to take the van over to Europe then you are covered in all EU countries plus Serbia, Macedonia,
Switzerland, Croatia, Norway, Iceland, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Bosnia & Albania, Turkey and Monaco. If you’re not sure which
countries are included in the EU here’s a list (drum roll please): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta,
Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK.

We have heard certain rumours from previous customers that in some Eastern European countries (i.e Montenegro) you can
purchase insurance at border crossing points to cover you in that particular country. We’ve been advised that this is more
than likely valid and is usually 3rd party cover. As far as we know it costs around £50 per week. Please be advised that
Wicked do not take any responsibility for customers purchasing this insurance – this is at your own risk.

All vans come with their own green card which should be sufficient, along with the documents in the vehicle to cross most
European borders. However, if you are planning on traveling in Eastern Europe (i.e to the east of Germany/Italy/Austria
borders) we recommend that you purchase from us a Vehicle on Hire Certificate (VOH certificate) which costs £15 and
alleviates any cross-border issues you may have in more remote parts of Europe.  This VOH certificate is a valid and legal
replacement for the vehicles Registration Document (also known as a V5) which can be given to customers who are hiring our
vehicles - as we are not allowed to issue customers with the original Registration document.

Are your vans and premises suitable for those with special requirements?
Here at Wicked we want everyone to have a good time in our vans.  We have just recently had our first van converted with a
Twin Flip Accelerator pedal that allows customers who can only drive with their left leg to be able to hire from us.  
We are open to suggestions on any specific conversion requirements you may have and will gladly help if we can.  99% of our
vans are automatic and also easy to drive as they are not big vehicles.

Our main London depot is at ground level with a big open accessible door and low kerbs.


Am I allowed to take pets in the van?

Yes, we do allow pets in the vans however there is a compulsory charge of £50 for this. This is clearly displayed on the
booking form and needs to be ticked if you intend on taking your pet along for the ride! We expect the van to come back
clean and ready for the next customer and there is a pet cleaning charge of £150 if the van comes back unclean after a pet
has traveled in it.

The rates on this website are often heavily discounted. This is due to our negotiated rates and bulk buying power. On very rare occasions, a rate may be displayed incorrectly due to our, or a vehicle supplier's error. In such a case, if you book with us at a quoted rate that is incorrect, we will notify you of any price change and give you the option to proceed or cancel. We make every effort to keep information on our site up to date, but we cannot guarantee this website is free of errors or omissions and retain the right to update or change the information published at any time.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.

When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.

A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.

Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Car rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 25.00
To add or remove extras to/from a confirmed booking: 10.00
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.

Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.


Wicked Campers Netherlands insurance

Compulsory Insurance
 You must select one Compulsory Insurance option when hiring with this supplier: Compulsory Insurance for Young Drivers - (21-24 years), or Compulsory Insurance for Drivers - (25+ years),
If you wish to travel to any other European locations (see list below) you must select one of the following Insurances: European Location Compulsory Insurance for Young Drivers - (21-24 years), or European Location Compulsory Insurance for Drivers - (25+ years)

Excess

The insurance excess for Wicked Camper vehicles is £750 and cannot be reduced. Drivers are insured with third party cover and are fully covered if they have an accident which is not their fault (and provide details of the offending party), for any other damage the client is liable for a max of £750.

Drivers MUST select an insurance cover. If you do not tick an insurance, this cost will be added by the supplier at the time of confirmation of your booking.

The total is calculated on the entire duration of the hire and excludes VAT 15%. Insurance + VAT to be paid at the time of collection of vehicle.

 Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, UK.

Amsterdam depot

Amsterdam is a serviced non depot location.

Collection and Return
 
Customers can either make their own way to the vehicle collection point Auto Hotel address: Aabergerweg 2A  1435CB Rijsenhout.  Or you can phone us from Schiphol airport and someone will come and collect you and bring you back to the depot for vehicle collection.

Wicked Campers do not have a physical depot in Dundee Centre. Instead customers are normally met at the main city centre train station for pick ups and drop offs .  But if you have not done so already please give us your arrival or accommodation details and we may be able to personalise a drop off / pick up point with you.  These details would need to be confirmed with Wicked Campers.

London - England depot

Customers must make their own way to or away from the London branch.  There is no transfer service to Airports or Hotels. Vehicles may be collected at any time from the London Branch by prearranging this with the Supplier. Please ensure that you advise the Supplier what time you would like to pick up your vehicle on the contact details above.

After hours drop off:
In London, customers are advised to park their hire vehicle in one of the designated spaces (which are identified through graffitti on the walls), lock the vehicle and then drop the keys through our office door (in the letterbox).

Nearest Train
Kilburn Park on the Bakerloo line. The address is located are on the 2nd floor of a multi-storey car park.

Munich - Germany depot

Munich - Germany is a serviced non depot location.

Pick up and Drop Off
Wicked Campers do not have a physical depot in Munich. Your location for vehicle pick up will be from the Wombats Hostel. The hostel is located just across the road from the Munich Central Train Station. Customers are able to leave their luggage at the hostel on the day of vehicle pick up to explore Munich before collecting their van, this must be pre-arranged directly with the supplier - please contact the supplier on the details provided on your confirmation invoice.

Hire Period
Wicked Campershire their vehicles by 24 hour periods. If you collect your vehicle on pick up at 10.00am, you are required to drop off your vehicle on drop off date by 10.00am. Late fees will apply.

San Benedetto - Italy depot

Please contact the Supplier directly on the contact details provided on your confirmation invoice to ensure that you advise what time you would like to pick up your vehicle from the San Benedetto office. For ease of travel to this branch we suggest you try the Nearest train station: Porto D'Ascoli or San Benedetto  Wicked Campers are happy to arrange pick up from the train station with prior arrangemnt. From Rome the quickest way is to take a bus from Tiburtina station called "Roma Marche" which goes directly to San Benedetto.

Verditzer - Austria depot

Airport Transfer

You can arrange a transfer from the Klagenfurt Airport to the branch by going to www.kaernten-transfer.at. You will need to type in 'Klagengurt Airport' and 'Afritz-verditz' as the 'from' and 'to' options, depending on which way you are traveling. This transfer costs €22 per person each way and is paid in cash to the driver.
